As far as the Thule rack, I believe you are referring to the Thule TracRAC SR # TH43002XT-508. You are definitely correct that this works with the BAK Revolver X4s # BAK56ZR. However, it is important to note that since the uprights of the TracRAC SR angle inward toward the truck, there may be some slight rubbing of the X4s against the uprights when opening and closing.
For your 2022 Ford F-150 with a 5.7 bed, I recommend the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum # A86RR (matte black) or # A4000964 (silver). Not only does this rack fit perfectly with the X4s, it also has upright bases that stand straight up. With this feature, there is no interference with the cover when opening/closing. Also, just like the TracRAC SR, the Pro Series model allows you to position the rack anywhere along the rails for custom positioning. To top it all off, the Pro Series is 100% made in the U.S.A.
