The Lets Go Aero Jack-It TS TwinSpin Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # LGA23VR comes with locks for both the bikes and the rack, but you are definitely more than welcome to add a cable lock to the mix as well for some extra peace of mind, and for that I recommend the etrailer Cable Lock # e98891 because it's simple and gives you 10' of cable so you have some flexibility in how you can route the cable.
