Benefits of Installing Sumo Springs # SSR-338-47 on Motorhome on 2013 Sprinter Cab Chassis

Question:

I already have a Hellwig 7254 rear anti-sway bar installed on my 2013 Mercedes Benz Printer 3500 Cab Chassis/Motorhome. What benefit might I gain from adding the SumoSpring SSR-335?

Although the Sumo Springs # SSR-338-47 can help reduce body roll when the vehicle is under load, the primary benefit is to provide additional support to the rear suspension, and therefore help keep the vehicle level, prevent the rear of the vehicle from sagging and to keep the vehicle from bottoming out when under load. The springs will progressively adjust, as more weight is added, the springs become more stiff.

The Sumo Spring is meant to replace the factory bump stop, and the manufacturer recommends installation be completed by a professional mechanic. Installing a suspension enhancement product like the Sumo Spring will not increase the weight bearing capacity of your suspension.
