Since you already have the Roadmaster Falcon or Falcon 2 Tow Bar item # RM-520 or item # RM-522 I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM-524444-5. This is the best option for your 2017 Ford Edge 3.5L V6 - without Adaptive Cruise Control because it has the removable arms and will connect easily to the Falcon tow bars. They also have the built in connections for the safety chains. I have attached a couple of pictures below so you can see what this base plate kit looks like installed.

You will also need the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267 to control your Ford's tail lights through your Winnebago. This Diode kit allows you to use your Ford Edge's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV. Wires 2-wire and 3-wire systems to operate as a combined lighting systems.

A battery charge line kit is a great addition to your flat towing setup. This will keep your Edge's battery from dying while you drive to your destination. You will want the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles item # RM-156-25.

You are going to need a supplemental braking system as well. I recommend the Demco SMI Stay-IN-Play # SM99251 for this. This is a proportional braking system which is a one-time install that you can leave in so you'll never have to activate or deactivate it. You will need to use Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751475 along with your supplemental braking system. I have attached a couple videos below of these systems being installed on Ford Edges.
