Hey James! The Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-524443-4 does not include the actual crossbar. If you don't have one you will need the Replacement Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly for Roadmaster Tow Bars # 910021-00.
Do you have the rest of the parts you need to get your 2018 Focus set up for flat towing?

Hi Robin, Thanks for the reply. I have a Roadmaster crossbar that I use on my 2006 Jeep Liberty Sport. I use a Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar and Roadmaster base plates on my Jeep. I'm hoping the crossbar will be interchangeable with the RM-524443-4 base plates. Thanks.
