Since you're pulling a smaller trailer that doesn't have brakes you just need a 4-Way flat wiring harness and for that we have the T-One # 118786 which tees in behind the tail lights on your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited and draws power directly from the battery.
To secure the 4-Way next to your hitch receiver for easy access you can use the mounting brackets # 18144 and # C57202.
