To install the Optronics GLOLight LED # STL101RMB you will also need grommet # A45GB.
There are two mounting options for this LED light. The first one is using Optronics grommet # A45GB and mounting directly into your 1998 Jeep Wrangler. The other option is using the Optronics Mounting Bracket # BK45BB.
If you decide to use the mounting bracket, you will still need the grommet as well.
If you are mounting using the grommet only the grommet opening is 4-1/2 inches. When cutting this out, start smaller and work your way out. The grommet is rubber so has some flexibility. After you have the hole drilled and grommet placed, simply push the Optronics # STL101RMB into the grommet. The more snug the fit, the better.
If you decide to use the mounting bracket, you will still need to drill the hole, starting off small, then attaching the bracket and then the grommet followed by the light.
For your power source the Optronics Three-Wire Pigtail # AL45PWTB is designed to work with this LED.
This light is not reflective when it does not have power.
Each light, grommet, pigtail and mounting bracket is sold individually.
I have attached a picture of the light inside the mounting grommet for reference.
