Will this Roadmaster Active Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit - Heavy Duty work with the Ironman 4x4 foam pro suspension on the back?

I do have an option for you but it looks like all the Iornman 4x4 Foam Cell Pro Suspension Kits for a 2019 Toyota Tundra include new leaf springs. The RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit is designed for factory leaf springs so I cannot confirm fit. Instead, I recommend the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-610-40 which will provide extra support when towing/hauling and they are great for retaining factory ride quality. I still can't guarantee fit as you have aftermarket suspension but it simply mounts above the leaf springs and below the frame so it would likely be a fit.
