Hello Frederick.

When picking out a hub for your axle it's not the bolt pattern that needs to match up, it's the bearing numbers that need to match for it to work. To answer your question, typically yes, your 3500 axles will usually have a 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern, and your 5,200-7,000 axles will usually have a 6 on 5 1/2" bolt pattern.

The Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles - 89" Long - 3,500 lbs # e38GR uses bearings: L68149 for the inner, and L44649 for the outer. So a good hub for this axle (if using brakes) would be the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 10" - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.

The Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles - 95" Long - 5,200 lbs # e63GR uses bearings: 25580 for the inner, and 15123 for the outer. A good hub for this axle would be the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5.2K & 6K Axles - 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K.

It would be very uncommon for those axle ratings to have a different bolt pattern, but I have seen it before.
