Clearing Fault Code and Manually Operating Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System

Right rear jack will not raise We cannot clear the fault

The Lippert Ground Control, # LC358590 can be reset/clear error codes by pressing the retract button and the enter button simultaneously. You will need to hold both for about 3 seconds to clear the error code. You can also try powering down the entire system and waiting a few minutes before reconnecting power. You must have a properly charged battery for the system to function properly.

In addition, you can manually retract the jacks:

Top of Jack Motor Override:
Tools needed:3/8” drive ratchet and extension (no socket)
1. Find the port on the top of the jack motor
2. Remove the rubber plug
3. Insert the 3/8” drive into the port
4. Turn override until the jack extends or retracts to desired position.

Bottom of Jack Motor Override:
Tools needed:3/8” drive ratchet and extension, 5/16” socket
1. Find the port on the bottom of the jack motor
2. Remove the rubber plug
3. Insert the 5/16” socket into the port
4. Turn override until the jack extends or retracts to desired position.
