Question:

Am trying to figure out which bike rack is appropriate for my 2021 RAM 2500 with a slide in camper that over hangs the truck bed by 20”. I need to carry 2 ebike that weigh a total of 130lbs. Needs to be a swing away so we can access the camper door without removing the bikes/rack. Ideally, I’d like like a rack that would be adaptable for use with other types of equipment other than bikes

It will work for your electric bikes it can carry up to 60 pounds per bike, so you will have to take the motor/battery off when transporting. It fits wheels between 25 inches to 29 inches. The rack weighs 62 pounds. With the bike rack if you measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the farthest part of the rack you're looking at 35-3/8 inches when it's folded down.
