Wiring Diagram For Connecting The Go Power Solar Elite Charging System To A Circuit Breaker Panel

Question:
I just watched the install video, and if I understood it correctly, it looks like to connect the inverter to the unit AC panel that he simply spliced into the shore power line, is that correct?

At the 20 minute mark of the installation video for the Go Power Solar Elite Charging System # 34282184 Dave explains that you'll need to run wire from your RV power inlet to the inverter in the top three connection points for our power in. For power out you'll run more wire from the lower connections inside of the inverter/charger to the panel. I've attached a wiring diagram below that will help clear up the confusion.
