Want to use my Demco 6077 18K Auto Slide hitch on my 2022 Chevy 3500 short box crew cab pickup with the factory installed puck system in the bed. Are there side plates designed to bolt onto the 6077 hitch that would allow you to then install the adapter rails part # DM6333 into the factory installed pucks and the hitch into the adapter rails ?

Yes, there are side plates that you'll need to install on your Replacement Head and Base Assembly for Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # DM6077 on the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6333.
These side plates should've come with your Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # DM6077, however you can use # DM6003 as a replacement.
