I would be happy to help you. We do have a custom fit option that will not require you to mess with finding the correct color or wiring configurations on your 2013 Honda Ridgeline. It is the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector item # 118253. This plugs into your OEM port to provide you with a 7-way vehicle connector.

If you are trying to replace a broken harness then you will want the Pollak Black Plastic, 7-Pole, RV Blade-Style Trailer Socket - Vehicle End item # PK12-707E. When you are rewiring a trailer connector, it is best to wire by function, as wire colors can vary. I have linked a wiring diagram from our website below.

If you are looking at the inside of the trailer connector where the wires mount to the terminals starting at the top and rotating clockwise:

1 o'clock is Black and 12 volt power
3 o'clock is Green and Right Turn and Brake
5 o'clock is Blue and Brake Controller
7 o'clock is White and Ground
9 o'clock is Yellow and Left Turn and Brake
11 o'clock is Brown and Tail and Running Lights
Center is Purple and is Optional Reverse
