I have attached for you below an install video of the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56040 that I did on a 2022 Subaru Outback Wagon. This will be needed for a 7-way installation but you do also still need an adapter. I see you picked out a few other parts for this but I have another suggestion which is to use the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit for Trailer Brake Controller Installation part # ETBC7L with the Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller part # C51180. The reason being that this option does not require you to drill into the dash and use space for a bulky controller nor do you have to splice into any wires on the vehicle and run them throughout. It's wireless so you only need to plug the adapter in, run a power wire, then secure the ground but that's it. I have attached an install video on the adapter below as well.
We haven't got a chance to install all of the parts you requested on this vehicle but we have done similar model years which you can see on their respective product pages.
