What Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Fits My 2022 Chevy Suburban with Factory Crossbars?

Question:

I have a 2022 Suburban with factory crossbars. I would like to mount this platform on my crossbars. Does it come with mounting hardware to mount to them? If not, is there an accessory mounts which can be purchased?

I have a great Pioneer Platform solution for you. However, unfortunately, there is no way to attach the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform # RR45TB to your factory crossbars on your 2022 Chevy Suburban. There are no add-on accessories that work.

However, with that being said, Rhino-Rack does make Pioneer Platforms that are a universal fit for crossbar systems. Those are the following platforms:

- Rhino-Rack Universal Pioneer Platform Rack for Crossbars - 48" Long x 38" Wide # RR42114BF

In order to determine if these fit your crossbars, the first thing you need to do is measure the width and height of your crossbars. Since these are designed to fit Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars, we can use those measurements to judge compatibility of your crossbars. As long as your factory crossbars do not exceed 3-1/8" wide x 1-3/16" tall, the platforms will clamp around your bars perfectly. The second thing you need to do is determine what width of platform you need. This is determined by how much crossbar length you have on your system. Currently, there are no platform options for your vehicle that completely replace your current crossbar system.
