Does Channel Cover of Yakima OutPost HD Overland Truck Bed Rack Need to Be Trimmed
Updated 03/07/2022 | Published 03/06/2022 >
Question:
I am looking at the 71 Rhino Rack for Retrax XR Tonneau Covers, and I am curious how the rubber strip in the t-slot channel works - do you have to cut it to fit in the accessories, or does it just push into the crossbar under the mount for the accessories? Thank you,

Helpful Expert Reply:
The channel cover of the Yakima OutPost HD Overland Truck Bed Rack # Y01152-5855 would need to be trimmed to fit the accessories that fit the top channel. You'd pull the channel up, trim it to match where you will mount accessories, and then put in the rest of channel.
