I have a solution for you but there is not a plug in harness available for your 2020 Ford Ranger. There is a 7-way harness that plugs into your trucks OEM wiring. Once you get this installed all you would need is an adapter like the Pollak 7 Pole to 4 Way Connector Adapter item # PK12716 . The 7-way harness for your Ranger is the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector item # 22124. This plugs in behind your rear bumper.
