For an industry standard 5th wheel bracket/rail install kit for your 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500, I'd recommend the # BWRVK2505 from B&W. The bed rails provided with this kit are industry standard, and fit industry standard compatible 5th wheel hitches from Curt, Reese, Draw-Tite, Valley, Husky, B&W and Demco, among others. The frame brackets utilize exisitng holes in the truck frame, but you will need to drill up through the bed in order to attach the bed rails to the frame brackets.

If you don't already have a 5th wheel hitch in mind, I can highly recommend the # BWRVK3200 B&W Patriot. The high quality hitch has an 18K capacity and is made in the US. The hitch is compatible with industry standard bed rails.

If you'd like to have a 7-way connector in the truck bed so you don't need to run the trailer connector wire up over the tailgate, you can install one using part # C56000.
