The Go Power PWM Solar Charge Controller with Bluetooth, # 34276119 is not water proof. It can be used installed for use on a boat as long as it is protected and not in direct contact with water. There is a Knockout Box for Go Power 30-Amp PWM Digital Solar Controller available, # 34261847. I suggest locating in a cabinet for installation in a boat.
