Need a replacement water heater. Have an Atwood GC6AA-10E. Need the same or a replacement option. Thanks

I recommend replacing your Atwood GC6AA-10E with the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater 60,000 BTU # FR98SR. This unit features a heating capacity of 13,000 - 60,000 Btu, well above that of your Atwood.

It has similar dimensions at 12-5/8" L x 12-13/16" W x 19-3/16" D so you'll need to make slight alterations to your cutout hole to fill in the gap but the performance output of this unit will be worth the work.

The on-demand hot water and ability to set the temperature to a specific degree instead of the old fashioned arrow knob will make camping much more enjoyable.

The # FR98SR has the following requirements to properly operate:

12VDC Power Input.

7.2-65PSI water Pressure (40-50PSI recommended). I recommend using a water pressure regulator like # CAM40064 to ensure proper water pressure.

11" WC - 14" WC (13" WC recommended). I recommend having a licensed technician check your pressure and adjust your regulator accordingly to ensure proper gas pressure.
