Is there a replacement master cylinder for the Titan model 10 coupler that will work with disk brakes? It is currently a drum brake system.

There is indeed a replacement disc brake master cylinder that is compatible with the Titan Model # 10 hydraulic brake actuator. The replacement is part # T4747100. The # DX66FR you referred to should be used on drum brake systems only.
Swapping out your current master cylinder for this part will enable your coupler to work with disc brakes.
