Locking the MORryde Orbital Rotating Pin Box to use Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Hitch

Question:
I have a mor/ryde orbital pinbox on my 2019 Arctic Wolf 315tbh8 and I would like to install the Andersen 3200 on my 2020 Ram 1500. If I leave the lockout bolts in place on my orbital it will not pivot, can I use the Andersen 3200
