The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR1500DQ is designed to fit the Ram 1500. If you would like to add rear suspension enhancement to your 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe there is one option available. That is the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # F4170.
These air springs fit inside of your existing coil springs to help level your vehicle while improving braking and handling. This will also help reduce tire wear when hauling heavy loads. They feature a durable elastic polyurethane construction and have a load-leveling capacity of at least 500 lbs.
I have attached an installation video for your reference.
