We have two options available for 5/8" flange nuts. We have the Flange Wheel Nut - 5/8" # 95188 with an overall flange diameter of 1-9/16" which is commonly used on hub-piloted trailer wheels. We also have the Dexter Dual Trailer Wheel Lug Nut with Swivel-Flange - Metric - Qty 1 # 6-118 which has an outer diameter of 1-5/16" and is designed for semi-trucks with 22.5" and 25.5" wheels.
