I read your page that says the red44fr and the red49fr will work on our 4 runner. It also says the controller know will fit in an empty punch-out space on the dash. Do we also need Code: 331-TPSI-002 to cover the space? Please let me know.

To install either the Redarc brake controller # RED44FR or the # RED24FR the correct install harness is the part # RED49FR. Then you'd also want the knockout plate bracket part # 331-TPSI-002 which is custom fit for your vehicle.
