Im looking for this setup but I want 55inch cross bars, 60inch max, can you substitute them in?

Your 2015 Toyota Tacoma's truckbed has two vehicle styles, one with a Deck Rail System and one without. There are two different Yakima ladder racks that are compatible, one for each truck bed option. They are as follows.

If your truck has the Deck Rail System, the ladder rack that is compatible is the Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Toyota/Nissan Utility Tracks - 500 lbs - 68" Bars, part # Y01151-5868.

If you do not have the Deck Rail System on your Tacoma, your ladder rack is the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum - 500 lbs - 68" Crossbars, part # Y01151-58.

Each of these ladder racks come with 68" long Yakima HD crossbars. This crossbar length is the shortest length that is compatible with your vehicle. Unfortunately, this means that if your vehicle is not fit guided for a Yakima ladder rack with 60" HD crossbars, part # Y01157, you will not be able to size down.
