Question:

Can I use the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution system with Sway Control with the 2020 Ford F150 STX? if no, do I need a hitch adjustment?

Yes, the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion item # C17500 will absolutely work with your 2020 Ford F-150 STX. The 2" shank that comes with the TruTrack will fit your Ford's hitch receiver.

You may be a little on the high end of your F-150's maximum tongue weight with that system. That system has a 800 lbs – 1,000 lbs tongue weight range. It will work but it may be stiff. You will want to check your vehicle's owners manual. If your truck tops out around 700 lbs you may want to drop down to the Curt MV Weight Distribution System item # C17051. This system has a 600 lbs – 800 lbs tongue weight range. It will make for a smoother ride.
