For a 2000 Ford F-250 Super Duty with 8 foot bed you will want the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs, # TLF3001 for the rear and # TLF2011 for the front.
If you need turnbuckles I recommend the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles for Frame-Mounted Tie-Downs, # TLS9529-2-LK.
