Bike Rack that Fits Rear of Fifth Wheel with Ladder Over Hitch

Question:

My ladder on my fifth wheel is right over the hitch. Is there and extender so I can use this rack?

Since the ride quality is much rougher at the rear of a fifth wheel when compared to a passenger vehicle we try not to recommend hitch extenders since the add quite a bit of movement and they also add a lot of leverage. You may not need to use an extender though as this rack has 6-1/2 inches from it's hitch pin hole to the nearest portion of the rack. You could compare that to the distance from your hitch pin hole to the outer most portion of the ladder rack.

For a similar rack with even more clearance we have the Hollywood Racks # HLY64FR which has 12 inches or we have an RV ladder bike rack too with the # LA-102.
