I have a 2018 Grand Design model RK220 150 series 5th with Dexter Equalizers on it should I add a shock kit to the axles as well ?

There really are no drawbacks to adding a shock kit to your 2018 Grand Design Reflection 150 Series 220RK. I do like them as they will smooth out the ride and actually help with sway issues as well. There are a few options to choose from and though they are more expensive, I do prefer the Roadmaster options. These have a Lifetime Warranty and come as tandem axle kits as well. I was unable to find the capacity of the axles on your camper, so I do have all three options listed below.
