Yes! The Curt Hitch - 2" # C13418 is confirmed to fit your 2022 Chevy Blazer RS. The hitch comes with a simple bolt-on installation and only takes about 40 minutes to complete. Also, since the bottom of the receiver tube measures about 16 inches from the ground, the hitch provides you with excellent ground clearance.
