How to install seal into channel,does not fit into channel to use adhesive tape

It sounds like you actually just need the bulb seal, not the wiper seal. In which case you just need to measure the channel width and length then you can pick out one of the Rubber Bulb Seals for RV Slide Outs like part # SR24FR. I have attached our full list of options below. The seal slides over the channel, there is no adhesive.
