I want to tow a 5th wheel with our 2022 Ram 1500 but not sure what all we need or what I should get really, what do you recommend?

The fifth wheel trailer hitch that I recommend for a 2022 Ram 1500 is the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider part # BWRVK3270 which will also require the B&W Custom Installation Kit with Base Rails part # BWRVK2604. The B&W Patriot is one of the best options on the market with thick dual jaws for a tight grip that makes for a smoother ride, a cam action handle for easy uncoupling, and a removable head to save your back. The installation kit is also custom fit so there is no cutting or drilling into the frame. This will be a great setup for your 2022 Ram 1500, I would also just add the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness part # 50-97-410.
