I need some replacement parts for my solera awning. i found one of the parts, but not the other. I need the channel the power head and the pitch arm attaches to. is this part available to purchase separately.

There is not an individual channel available, just the Pitch Arm # LC375994 and the entire assembly. We've gotten asked this a number of times in the past, and there isn't a way to replace parts individually except for the pitch arm; the reason for that is there isn't a way for someone to replace the drive arm by themselves.
So for the channel, what you would need to do is replace the whole assembly:
