What Trimming is Required to Install the Draw-Tite Front Hitch # 65082?

I see where customers are asking if the bumper will need trimming and you say, yes the lower faciainch does. But in the pics you provide it appears the hitch comes through the bumper above the facia as well. Can you clarify?

I am happy to clarify the trimming procedure! With the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" 65082, the required trimming involves the fascia lip that is the piece closest to the ground on your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500. It is a small overhang trim piece. The installation requires for you to trim a 8.5 inch x 3 inch space in that piece. There is no trimming required above the fascia. I went ahead and attached photos and a diagram that shows this process. I also attached a photo of the hitch installed on a 2020 Silverado to give you more perspective.
