The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs, # AL57396, install on the insides of the frame rails on the truck. If you look at your gooseneck brackets that are on your vehicle now and they mount on the outside of the frame it is possible that these two systems could work together. You will need to compare the instructions for the Air Lift kit which I have linked for you with the current situation on your truck to determine fit.
