Question:
We bought our 2020 Jayco Eagle 5th wheel used. It is prewired for back up camera and actually has a camera mounted already. We have no monitor. Can you buy just the monitor and if so how does it connect to camera. Also can you Bluetooth the camera to your vehicle monitor or connect to it

Most likely your 2020 Jayco Eagle 5th Wheel trailer is prewired with a Furrion system which has replacement monitors in three sizes: 4.3" # FR77FR, 5" # FR97FR, and 7" # FR47FR. The 5" and 7" monitors will allow you to add side marker light cameras as well if you choose to down the road.
Another common RV camera system is Voyager which has two monitor sizes; 4.3" # ASA87FR and 7" # ASA27FR.
I recommend double checking the branding on your camera to ensure you choose the right monitor. If you need help determining the brand you can send me some pictures of the camera.
Unfortunately at this time RV cameras are not at a level to connection to in-dash monitors and will require you to use one of their own branded monitors.
