hello I need to change the screw and the gray piece on my t2 pro rack see photo but impossible to find! This is a screw who started at acutight knob at Hitch for jam the rack ! Help me

Unfortunately, those parts are not something we carry for your Thule T2 Bike Rack # TH9044-TH9046. The replacement parts we carry are:
Replacement End Cap for T2 Bike Carriers # 853-7017.
Replacement Hex Bolt for Thule T2 Classic Platform Bike Racks # 8537012.
Replacement 1/2"-13 Lock Nut for Thule Roadway Bike Carriers # 853-5584-02.
Replacement M12 Lock Washer for Thule Hitch Mounted Products # 956122159.
Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2.
Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200 for 2 or Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400 for 4.
I checked with Thule and the only screw I was able to find is # 853-5972 with the matching nut # 853-5973.
