For a hitch on your 2022 Ford F-150, I recommend the Curt Hitch - 2" # C86HR. Not only does this hitch provide you with 900 pounds of maximum tongue weight and 6,000 pounds of maximum towing weight, it also comes with a gloss outer coat over the powder base coat that provides ultimate rust and corrosion resistance. It is also assembled here in the U.S.A.

As far as the bike rack, I recommend the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider # HR200Z. Apart from the 45-pound per-bike weight capacity, the Trail Rider has an exceptionally long shank that measures 12-1/8 inches from the center of the pinhole to the closest part of the rack when folded up. With this length, you will not have to worry about the rack clearing your rear bumper. If you plan on transporting women's bikes, children's bikes, or bikes with step-thru frames, I recommend the bike frame adapter bar # HRBA-PRO. This adapter will give your bikes the straight horizontal plane that is required to attach to the Trail Rider's ratcheting hooks.
