Have a Ford f250 with the factory gooseneck installed. Looking for the covers for the hitch and the 4 attachment points. Any info would really help Thankse

Reese manufactures the OEM 5th wheel/gooseneck hitch for Ford, so the Reese # RP30136 you had looked at is the correct cove for your Ford OEM gooseneck hitch. For the OEM 5th wheel pucks, you'd use the Reese # 58199.

I've confirmed this with my Reese representative.

The replacement plug covers you need are the Replacement Puck Plug Covers #58199 which are a fit for the factory pucks you have in your 2014 Ford Super Duty.

In order to cover the pucks on a 2015 Ford F-350 you can use the Replacement Puck Plug Covers part #58199. In order to cover the hitch ball hole on a 2015 Ford F-350 you can use the Rubber Hole Cover part #RP30136.
