Can the Yakima Lock N Load be mounted to the factory crossbar via the cross bar clamps or will I have to purchase compatible crossbars? Manuals and websites state that it is not confirmed whether or not these are compatible,

I do have an option for you to use the Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack but you must use their mounting feet as it will not work with the factory crossbars on a Subaru Outback. I have attached below a full list of parts needed to get the platform to fit.
