The parts that you have referenced have been obsoleted by Reese and they were unable to identify what you have. The closest weight distribution system currently produced by Reese is the # RP66542 which is rated at 12,000 lbs GTW and 1,200 lbs TW.
The replacement arms for the # RP66542 is Reese # RP66009 and the chains that you need is Reese # RP55630. You will need to order 1 chain set for each arm.
My technical contact at Reese let me know that the new design of the springbar and trunnion will not fit older model weight distribution systems. The spring bars that Reese currently manufacturers have the trunnion attached. You cannot buy them separately. More than that, with the obsolesce of older 10,000 GTW systems, they have also re-designed the actual ball mount.
The older ball mount had smaller pockets and you would be able to roll the trunnion out of the ball mount - that is no longer an option. The new ball mounts have more surface area with larger pockets and a raised area where the ball is located, so, with that being said, the new bars will not fit if you have an older system.
The trunnion latch on the top will not accept the new spring bars.
Just as an option, if you would like to stay with Reese and are unable to find replacement parts that will work, check out the Reese 12,000 lbs weight distribution system # RP66542. With your trailer being 10,000 lbs and your TW being 1,000 lbs, going with a 12,000 lbs WDS, would work well. In case you end up with a bit more than the 1,000 lbs, if you don't have a large enough system, then it is basically useless.
Another option is the Pro Series, 10,000 system # PS49583. I have also attached an installation video of this product.
