I was wondering if the thule single bike rack carrier is to wide to fit four of them inside of the pickup box.

You may be able to fit three of the Thule Insta-Gater Pro Truck Bed Bike Rack - 1 Bike, part # TH93VR, in your truck bed, but it will be a tight fit. You can also go with someting like the Swagman Tailwhip Tailgate Pad for Mid-Size Trucks - Up to 4 Bikes - 54" Wide, part # S64761. This will allow you to carry four bikes by hanging over your tailgate on this padded carrier. Each bike will be held by a strap on your downtube.

If you want to use a traditional truck mounted system to carry your bikes, the only way you will be able to fit four bikes in your 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 truck bed, is by using fork mounts instead. You could fit four bikes if you used something like theRockyMounts DropTop Locking Truck Bed and Utility Track Bike Rack - 1 Bike - Thru-Axle Mount, part # RKY57ZR.
