Best Rear Suspension Upgrade For A 2022 Ford F-150 Pulling A Heavy Trailer

Question:
I pull a couple pretty heavy trailers with my new 2022 F-150 and am seeing back end squat down with them. So I am looking for the best option to upgrade the factory suspension. I have 3 that I pull (boat, camper, and an included motorcycle trailer) and all weigh a bit differently, so if you have something that can be adjusted to accommodate this, it would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

If you are looking for the best option to supplement the factory suspension on your 2022 Ford F-150, you will want an air bag kit. Specifically, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2582.
This American made system will give you 4,800 pounds of load leveling capacity at 100 psi and is fully adjustable (5 psi to 100 psi). This means you can definitely get the right pressure for each of your trailers to sit perfectly. With these being fully adjustable, you can drop the pressure to 5 psi and get your stock ride back, unlike most other enhancement set ups. This will be the best way to go for your new F-150.
With that said, if you wanted to be able to air up and deflate the bags on the fly, I recommend also getting the Firestone Air Command I # F2158. This will work with the # F2582 very nicely and allow you to not have to rely on an external air compressor source. Definitely a nice thing to have available.
