For your 2022 Ford F-150 I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL47PD. These air springs have 5,000lb capacity to help compensate for the pin weight of your 5th wheel trailer. The air pressure of the air springs can be manually adjusted to get the even load distribution and support that you need by leveling your vehicle front to rear and inflating each spring independently for side-to-side leveling of off-center loads. This air springs are compatible with an in-bed hitch and require no drilling to install.
