The overall width of the MORryde Sliding Tray #MR39FR is 29 inches so it would fit through a 30 inch wide opening. We also have the height adjustment kit part #MR34VR which allows for height changes between 2-1/2 inch to 3-1/8 inch.

Thanks for the picture of your compartment latch. It looks like a standard RV baggage door slam latch so what you'd need for a replacement would be the part #295-000078 and you'd be set.

Hey Jon! You'll have to take the Global Link Versa Pro Mini RV Baggage Door Latch item #GL25VR to a locksmith that has a Global Link master key. We can not change those here and ours comes keyed to G391.
