Thanks for the picture and congratulations on the new trailer. You have done a good job finding the parts you will need to tow your 2023 Safari Alto with your 2019 Lexus 450h. I can confirm most of them for you and then I will make a couple different recommendations based on your specific needs.

The parts you have found that I recommend you do purchase are the:

Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" item # C13282.
Curt Rubber Tube Cover - 2" item # C22272.
Draw-Tite QSP Trailer Hitch Silencer and Cover for 2" Hitch Receivers item # 63080.
Hopkins Plug-In Simple Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # HM11141945.

The hitch receiver lock you selected is a great choice. I recommend purchasing two of the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches item # e98880 and selecting the keyed alike option. This will give you a lock for the adjustable part of the ball mount and the ball mount itself. The keyed alike option will give you two locks that function with the same key and an extra set of keys.

The Maxtow adjustable ball mount you referenced is no longer an active product on our website. I recommend the Convert-A-Ball Adjustable Ball Mount for 2" Hitches lbs item # TK5007. This has an identical weight capacity of 5,000 lbs and a 9" rise to 10 1/4" drop.

I recommend the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires item # ETBC7. The kit includes a pre-wired 7- and 4-way trailer connector that mounts easily at the rear of your vehicle with an included bracket. This gives you the 7-Way connector you will need to control your trailer's brakes. It also allows you to keep your 4-flat connector and it comes with its own mounting bracket so you won't have to purchase or attach the two you were looking at.
