Question:

Hello! I have a 2021 Toyota Rav4 Prime SE with flush mounted rails. Im looking at getting a RhinoRack Vortex. The trouble is, I would like to accommodate some older accessories that I used on my old square bars on my old Prius. Im getting mixed messages in regards to the feasibility of this. The accessories are: 1. Yakima Raptor bike holder, three of them, with the square bar brackets only. Im looking at some other answers on here and it looks like this might require the Universal Mighty Mounts, but after looking at the manual for the mighty mounts, it just looks fishy. And how many brackets would I need for the three Raptors? Nine? 2. Yakima Hullraiser, two of them, which came with some Aero converter brackets. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

The Universal MightyMounts for Yakima Roof Mounted Accessories part # Y03590 are indeed what is needed to install the Yakima Raptor Roof Mount Bike Rack onto aero crossbars. It comes with four clamps whereas you only need three for the rack so you will end up with an extra. The Yakima HullRaiser to HullRaiser Aero Conversion Kit part # Y8860031 is what you need to use the Yakima Hullraiser on aero crossbars. You'll need four of these for one set of cradles.
