The Replacement Trunnion Spring Bar # RP66009 would work on a weight distributions system that uses the Reese Weight Dist Shank # RP54970.
If you are looking for a weight distribution system that would utilize the spring bars you would want the Reese Weight Distribution System # RP66022. This comes with the head, spring bars and chain hangers but not a shank. So if you wanted you could order a Reese Weight Dist Shank # RP54970 to go along with it.
Weight distribution systems should be picked out based on the loaded tongue weight of a setup. To determine what your tongue weight is check out the FAQ article I attached. I also attached an FAQ article on weight distribution systems for you to check out.
